Covers five modes: functional prose, personal messages, posts in a known voice, creative prose, and a strict ASD-STE100 mode that activates only on explicit request. Ships a 33-pattern catalog of forbidden AI-writing patterns with false-positive guidance, STE rules with word substitutions, and before/after examples. Credits: the pattern catalog adapts stop-slop by Hardik Pandya (github.com/hardikpandya/stop-slop, MIT) and Humanizer by Siqi Chen (github.com/blader/humanizer, MIT), which draws on Wikipedia’s “Signs of AI writing” by WikiProject AI Cleanup; the strict mode approximates ASD-STE100 (asd-ste100.org); the prose principles follow William Zinsser, “On Writing Well”.
