About

Provides a GIFBuilder toolkit with constraints, frame generation, and optimization for Slack-compatible GIFs. Supports custom FPS (10-30), color palettes (48-128), and duration control. Draws graphics from scratch using PIL ImageDraw primitives (ellipse, polygon, line, rectangle) with guidance on making graphics look polished — layered shapes, gradients, vibrant colors, thick outlines. Can also work with user-uploaded images as source material.
