Analyzes staged or unstaged diffs to determine the appropriate Conventional Commits type (feat, fix, refactor, perf, etc.) and scope, then generates a properly formatted commit message. Supports breaking change notation, intelligent file staging for logical grouping, and enforces git safety rules (never modifies config, never skips hooks). Invoked when the user asks to commit changes or uses /commit.
