Uses the obsidian CLI to perform read, create, append, search, tag, backlink, task, and property operations on an open Obsidian vault. Also supports plugin/theme development with commands to reload plugins, run JavaScript in the app context, capture screenshots, inspect the DOM, and read console output. File targeting supports both wikilink-style names and exact vault paths.
