Analyzes a feature and strategically adds entrance animations, micro-interactions, state transitions, and delight moments. Provides timing guidelines (100-800ms by purpose), recommended easing curves (ease-out-quart/quint/expo), and implementation techniques using CSS transitions, Web Animations API, or Framer Motion. Ensures all animations respect prefers-reduced-motion and maintain 60fps performance.
