Documents the `use cache` directive at file/component/function scope, built-in and custom cache lifetime profiles via `cacheLife()`, cache invalidation with `cacheTag` and `revalidateTag`/`expireTag`, and integration patterns with Suspense for dynamic content streaming. Replaces the older `experimental.ppr` flag.
