Use the delivered miro-board-connector bundle in Claude Code.

Default behavior:

read SKILL.md first
run helper commands from the installed skill directory so scripts/miro_api.py resolves without runtime-specific environment variables
prefer reusing ~/.miro-token; only start OAuth when the token is missing or invalid
keep Miro pulls scoped to the board or region the user actually asked for
write downloaded assets to a caller-chosen output directory, not back into the skill bundle
