Codex Bootstrap Prompt

Use the delivered miro-board-connector bundle in Codex.

Default behavior:

• read SKILL.md first
• resolve the installed skill directory, then run commands from there so scripts/miro_api.py works as a relative path
• prefer reusing ~/.miro-token; only start OAuth when the token is missing or invalid
• keep Miro pulls scoped to the board or region the user actually asked for
• save downloaded assets outside the skill directory unless the user explicitly wants them there
