The Marketplace is a platform for listing, discovering, purchasing, and installing AI Skill Bundles and related digital content. The Website and Telegram Bot are part of the same service. Some Listings are provided by third-party Sellers — see our Terms of Service and Seller Terms for how roles and responsibilities are allocated.
How the Marketplace Works
We act as an intermediary marketplace. The Operator provides the platform, moderation, distribution, and Delivery infrastructure. Sellers are independent providers responsible for the content, accuracy, and support of their Listings.
Your contractual relationship for content-specific matters (quality, compatibility, support) is with the Seller. Your relationship with the Operator covers platform access, Delivery infrastructure, payment processing, and policy enforcement.

What to expect
- We aim to acknowledge support requests within 2 business days.
- Privacy and data requests follow the DSAR process described in the Privacy Policy (30-day response target).
- IP and takedown notices are handled under the IP/Takedown Policy.

Support is provided in English. We may be able to assist in Ukrainian on a best-effort basis.
